Rent Car Deals displays the booking amount in the original currency of the selected market before confirmation, together with rental value, applicable taxes or fees, add-ons, refundable amounts and insurance excess where these apply and are disclosed in the booking terms.

Available payment methods

The platform displays the payment method available for each booking during the booking flow. If cash on delivery is the enabled method for a booking, this is shown clearly. Rent Car Deals does not present electronic or card payment as available until integration with an approved payment provider has been completed and officially activated for the relevant market and booking.

Amount and currency

The binding commercial amount is the amount shown in the booking summary in the original currency of the relevant market and booking. Customers should not be charged fees that were not disclosed in the booking summary or applicable terms.

Electronic payments

Once electronic payments are officially enabled, authorization, hold, capture, void or refund processing is subject to the approved payment provider flow and the applicable booking terms. Full card details should never be sent through chat or support messages.

Cancellations and refunds

Refundable amounts and cancellation conditions are governed by the cancellation and refund policy and the supplier terms applicable to the booking. Where an electronic payment has been made and is refundable, the refund is processed through the applicable original payment method and may be subject to payment-provider processing time.
