Airport Show opens on 12 October in Halls 1–2 at Dubai World Trade Centre, not inside Dubai airport. If you collect a car after a flight, separate the pickup plan from the exhibition drive so the event name never sends you to the wrong destination.

Lock in the show date and venue
The official event pages confirm the 25th edition runs from 12 to 14 October 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre alongside the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum and other specialist events. Published hours are 10:00–17:00 on the first two days and 10:00–16:00 on the final day; the exhibition is trade-only.
Separate airport pickup from exhibition arrival
Confirm whether you land at DXB or DWC, then record the terminal, rental desk, named driver and required documents before departure. Allow for immigration, bags and vehicle inspection; only then route independently to “Dubai World Trade Centre, Halls 1–2.”
Compare driving with the Red Line
DWTC has its own World Trade Centre station on the Red Line and direct road access from Sheikh Zayed Road. The venue lists six paid and two free car parks with 7,530 spaces in total. Drive for luggage or multiple meetings; for a single event commute, Metro may save parking time.
Make the rental booking event-safe
Choose a vehicle that fits bags and parking height, understand Salik and parking billing, and confirm the return branch and fuel policy. Keep support details and pickup photos, allow a morning traffic buffer, and avoid scheduling the return immediately after the show closes.
