Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of RentCarDeals.com, the Rent Car Deals mobile applications and related services. The platform is operated by TAJR RENT A CAR DED, Registration No. 923100, Business Bay, Tamani Arts Building, Office 832, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Marketplace role

Rent Car Deals is a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent car-rental companies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rent Car Deals does not own the listed vehicles and is not the vehicle lessor under the rental contract. The rental company that accepts a booking is responsible for supplying the vehicle, performing the rental contract and meeting its regulatory obligations.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate and current information and keep your account credentials secure. Vehicle rental is subject to age, driving-licence, identification, insurance and other lawful eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law or the rental company. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for fraud, abuse, forged documents or violations of these Terms.

3. Listings and vehicle availability

Rental companies provide vehicle, price, availability and rental-condition information. We seek to present that information accurately, but final availability remains subject to rental-company confirmation. Images and specifications describe the listed vehicle or category. Any material substitution should be disclosed to the customer before fulfilment.

4. Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not itself create a confirmed booking. A request remains pending until the rental company accepts it. The company may accept or reject according to availability, eligibility and rental requirements. A booking becomes confirmed when the provider acceptance is recorded and the confirmed status is shown to the customer.

5. Prices and charges

The booking displays the price components known at the time of booking. Deposits, insurance, excess, fuel, mileage, delivery and other charges may vary by vehicle, company and rental contract. A customer should not be charged a platform or booking fee that was not disclosed, accepted or otherwise lawfully required.

6. Payment

Payment may be made directly to the rental company or at vehicle collection where that method is displayed for the booking. Where Rent Car Deals has not received the money, the platform is not the holder of those funds and cannot issue a monetary refund from funds it never collected. If electronic collection by the platform is introduced, the disclosed payment and refund terms and the relevant payment-provider rules will apply.

7. Rental agreement and handover

The rental company may require a rental agreement, original documents, a deposit or authorisation where lawful and disclosed. Customers should inspect the vehicle at handover, report existing damage and follow agreed use, delivery and return requirements.

8. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate and valid information and documents.
• Use the vehicle lawfully, safely and in accordance with the rental agreement.
• Observe agreed delivery and return times and locations.
• Do not use the platform for fraud, impersonation or abuse.
• Do not circumvent platform safety controls or prohibited pre-booking contact restrictions.

9. Rental-company responsibilities

The rental company remains responsible for required licences, the vehicle, registration, legally required insurance, listing accuracy, availability, handover, return, performance of the rental agreement and obligations imposed on it as the service provider.

10. Chat and attachments

Chat may be used for enquiries, booking management, document requests, changes and booking-related problems. The platform may apply automated anti-fraud and anti-abuse controls and may review content where necessary for safety, support or legal compliance, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Booking changes

Requests to change the vehicle, date, time, location or rental duration are subject to provider approval and availability and may change the price or other terms. A change is effective only when confirmed through the approved booking process.

12. Cancellation and refunds

The published Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Vehicle-specific cancellation conditions displayed and accepted at booking also apply, subject always to any mandatory customer rights under applicable law.

13. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for unlawful content, impersonation, system intrusion, offer abuse, false documents or information, fraudulent bookings, interference with platform operation or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Third-party services

Some functions may depend on mapping, notification, hosting, analytics, payment or other technology providers. Their terms may apply where relevant. This does not remove obligations imposed on Rent Car Deals by applicable law.

15. Service availability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and secure service, but maintenance, outages or events outside reasonable control may occur. We do not promise that every feature will operate without interruption, without affecting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Responsibility

Each rental company is responsible for the rental service it supplies. Rent Car Deals is responsible for operating the marketplace to the extent required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by a user or independent provider or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives a mandatory consumer right.

17. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be submitted through the platform support or contact channels with the booking reference and available evidence. We may assist the parties in resolving a dispute without limiting either party's right to approach a competent regulator or court.

18. Applicable law and mandatory rights

Mandatory laws relevant to the service and the market in which the booking takes place apply. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived, that right prevails to the necessary extent and the remaining Terms continue to apply.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or security changes. The current version and effective date will be published. Where law or the nature of a change requires additional notice or consent, it will be provided.

Local laws and mandatory rights

For services and bookings in any Rent Car Deals market, mandatory laws applicable in the country of booking or service remain in force, including relevant consumer-protection, e-commerce, data-protection and other statutory rights. This includes applicable Saudi or UAE rules and equivalent mandatory rules in other supported countries. These Terms do not exclude any right that cannot legally be excluded.
