Hours that change the arrival plan
The 43rd Saudi Agriculture exhibition runs at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center from 19 to 22 October 2026. Visitor hours are 4:00–9:30 pm on 19 October and 1:30–9:30 pm from 20 to 22 October. Visitors under 16 are not admitted.
Drive to the correct gate
The official FAQ says free visitor parking is entered through Gate 3, while Gate 5 is for VIP access. From the Eastern Ring Road, plan the exit toward King Abdullah Road instead of following the first exhibition entrance you see. Save the row and gate number, and allow extra departure time after evening sessions.
Choose the car for the real load
An economy car or sedan is enough for two people and document bags; sample cases or display materials require checking the boot opening and payload before booking. Secure everything below window level and leave no loose objects in the cabin. Do not carry plants, soil or restricted products until rules and the rental contract are checked, and photograph the car and parking position.
